At Ninesquared, we are building a volleyball-first brand working with over 500 clubs across Europe and expanding rapidly in the US. Founded by former professional players, we combine product expertise with a direct-to-club approach to deliver premium teamwear at competitive prices. As we continue to grow internationally, we are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team and support our expansion.


What you’ll do

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (clubs, partners, distributors)
  • Support outbound sales campaigns (email, calls etc.)
  • Help manage and update our CRM
  • Assist in preparing commercial offers
  • Contribute to international expansion strategies
  • Support day-to-day sales and business development activities


What we’re looking for

  • Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or similar
  • Strong communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Structured and detail-oriented
  • Interest in sports and/or apparel is a plus
