Business Development Manager – New Business (Italy)

What you will be doing
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the Italian market. This role is key to expanding our footprint by identifying and capturing new business opportunities, particularly within the HVAC sector and other high‑potential non‑automotive industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high‑value opportunities across HVAC and industrial segments.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and present customized technical‑commercial proposals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, production, and internal sales teams.
- Conduct in‑depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and growth strategy definition.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships and partnerships.
