Position Summary
This role involves coordinating and leading sales activities in the EU market, focusing on applications such as corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, and virtual events, primarily related to Rental and Staging LED products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads.
- Identify and develop new accounts, maintaining relationships to expand sales.
- Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
- Participate in establishing annual business plans and target customer strategies.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Travel regularly to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, and creative agencies, and coordinate with distributors.
- Stay informed about new products and market trends.
- Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry and sales activities.
- Manage communication during project implementation.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Host customer visits to China HQ.
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
- Coordinate with HQ sales teams for the EU market.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years in B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV industry.
- Over 3 years of experience in projects related to this role, with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.
Language: Fluent in German, English, Dutch, or Italian, both written and verbal.
