Position Summary

This role, in conjunction with the EU market team, oversees sales activities in designated industries, focusing on applications like corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting, virtual applications, mainly for Rental and Staging LED products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies for assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets.
  2. Identify and develop new accounts, maintaining relationships to expand sales.
  3. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.
  4. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer strategies.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  6. Travel regularly to develop business, approaching rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors.
  7. Stay informed about new products and services relevant to customers.
  8. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights.
  9. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports.
  10. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project execution.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Host customer visits to China HQ.
  2. Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows.
  3. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.
  4. Perform additional duties as required.

Required Education/Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  2. Minimum 5 years in industrial B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV industry.
  3. At least 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role’s markets with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

  1. Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  2. Strong client orientation and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.

Language:

Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.

Remuneration will depend on the role, industry, and experience.

Must be based in Italy, as the role involves business activities within the country.
