• Lighting knowledge
• Technical and commercial skills
• Balanced tactical and operational skills

• Practical, hands-on mentality
• Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
• Persuasive sales and influencing skills
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial policy for professional lighting
• Expand coverage in the region, supporting agencies
• Develop business cases with management for expansion
• Identify and develop new customers
• Develop projects and track progress in Salesforce
• Provide training to agencies and customers on the BLE system
• Gather market intelligence and communicate with marketing
• Achieve targets and meet budgets
• Foster internal relationships across channels and departments
