We are looking for a driven, experienced, and dedicated Business Development Manager with a desire to succeed!

• Works closely with regional agencies

Your profile:

• Lighting knowledge
• Technical and commercial skills
• Balanced tactical and operational skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for excellent service
• Practical, hands-on mentality
• Clear verbal communication, empathetic and concise
• Persuasive sales skills and influencing ability
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English and Italian

Your responsibilities:

• Implement the commercial policy for professional lighting
• Expand coverage in the region, supporting agency efforts
• Create business cases with management for expansion
• Develop new customers (installers, contracts, end users)
• Develop projects and track progress in Salesforce
• Provide training to agencies and customers in Italy
• Promote the BLE system, collaborating with agencies and HQ
• Gather market info and communicate with marketing
• Achieve targets and meet budgets
• Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
