Experteer Overview
As a Business Development professional in Italy, you drive new partner acquisitions for Fresha’s SaaS marketplace. You’ll work with the Commercial team to identify and engage key decision-makers, present solutions, and manage the full sales cycle. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth partner experience and contribute market feedback to shape strategy. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a clear impact on partner success and revenue. Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets through outbound and inbound outreach (phone, email, social) Present and demo Fresha products to prospective and existing partners Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless partner experience Provide market and industry trend feedback to the team Contact all qualified inbound leads promptly and document outcomes in the CRM Serve as primary contact for partners on commercial activities Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in B2B sales with a successful track record Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms preferred Strong hunter mentality and relationship-building能力 Excellent organizational skills with multi-tasking and time management Curiosity and willingness to grow and develop Fluency in Italian Bonus: English proficiency and experience in Beauty & Wellness
