We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive new member to join our Marketing team. In this newly created position, you will drive growth through outbound outreach, generating new leads in unexplored markets. Part of your responsibilities will include daily interactions with key stakeholders, building your network, qualifying leads, pitching products, and creating solutions for your targeted audience. In this role you will directly report to the Fedrigoni Special Papers Marketing Director while working closely with the global R&D team.

Responsibilities

  • Market identification: understand trends, general outlook, development opportunities, potential customers, and competitors’ strategies.
  • New product development: co‑develop in sync with the R&D and Product Marketing teams the targeted solution.
  • New lead generation: support the development of business related to newly identified solutions via trusted relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Market penetration: in collaboration with the Marketing Department, prepare go‑to‑market material such as product promotion, sampling, and participation in key industry events.
  • Market monitoring: stay informed and track emerging markets, trends and opportunities, adopting a future‑forward mindset.
  • Foster an Entrepreneurial Growth Culture: promote and maintain a culture of innovation and growth throughout the company and across all teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar fields.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in Product Marketing, Technical Customer Service or Business Development roles.
  • Experience in the technical paper industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong results orientation.
  • Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
  • Availability to travel extensively to meet customers.

Location & Travel

Based in Europe, with frequent travel to HQ and plants in Italy.
