In this role you drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships for Omniseal Solutions in the Italian energy market and with global accounts. You will bridge commercial strategy, technical know-how, and international project coordination to deliver engineered sealing solutions across polymer, metal, and composite products. You’ll engage cross‑functional teams and key clients to expand market share and execute complex, long sales cycles. Own and grow strategic global and regional accounts for revenue development and long‑term partnerships Drive BD across global accounts and the Italian market, expanding energy‑sector share Promote and sell a multi‑product portfolio of engineered sealing and material solutions Conduct regular customer visits to identify needs, promote solutions, and ensure satisfaction Coordinate technical development projects between customers, engineering teams, and multiple sites Manage end‑to‑end sales execution and process coordination across Milan office and manufacturing sites Lead or contribute to commercial contract negotiations with multiple stakeholders Perform market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities Develop and implement strategic BD plans aligned with objectives Represent the company at international trade shows and events Responsabilità

Experienced B2B business developer or sales professional in industrial settings Proven track record in key account management and international BD with complex customers Experience with long sales cycles and value‑based selling of engineered solutions Good understanding of the Energy ecosystem (EPCs, OEMs, operators) is advantageous Comfortable engaging with engineering teams and technical stakeholders Ability to manage complex, multi‑site projects across regions and cultures Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence stakeholders Analytical and strategic thinker; translate market insights into action Willingness to travel frequently Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory) Requisiti fondamentali
