To strengthen its

Business Development

team, Zenith Global is seeking a

Business Development Operations Specialist

who will report directly to the Chief Business Development Officer and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.

Key responsibilities: Support the operational management of business opportunities, from the qualification stage through to the launch of new initiatives. Prepare and coordinate commercial, contractual and project documentation to support Business Development activities. Manage the collection, organization and updating of information relating to clients,

prospects

and transactions. Prepare periodic reporting, KPIs and analyses to support the Business Development leadership team. Support the preparation of presentations, commercial proposals and other documentation intended for clients and stakeholders. Ensure proper document filing and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Preferred qualifications: Degree in Economics, Finance or a quantitative/scientific discipline Ideally a previous experience in Financial Services Strong English, both written and spoken Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Collaborative and proactive, with interest in structured finance
