As a Business Developer in our Partner Success Team, you will build, own and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive mutual growth, product adoption and long-term commercial success. You will identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new accounts, leveraging data, market insights and performance analysis.
Acting as the commercial owner for partner initiatives, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Delivery teams to ensure clear ownership, aligned timelines, measurable KPIs and successful go-to-market execution. You will shape value propositions, pitch Klarna's multi-product solutions, support deal execution and unlock new business opportunities.
Through strong executive-level relationships and data-driven performance monitoring, you will continuously optimize partner outcomes, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and with a consistently high merchant experience.
Who You Are
4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or Strategic Partnerships within technology, fintech, payments or e-commerce
Proven ability to build, manage and grow senior stakeholder relationships, including executive and C-level contacts
Strong commercial acumen with a data-informed approach to identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities
Experience managing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy definition to execution
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes without formal authority
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. for market research, operational efficiency, data analysis and content preparation) as part of the daily workflow
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
Awesome to have
Experience selling multi-product or platform-based solutions
Background in payments, fintech, digital commerce or ad/media environments
Experience shaping go-to-market strategies or product launches with partners
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and operational onboarding processes
Existing network within enterprise or strategic merchant segments
