In this role, you drive data analytics and digital solutions within Generali’s Business Development, Product & Private Assets Data Analytics unit. You will implement cloud-based data platforms, modernize data models, and enable actionable BI across sales, product, and asset management functions. You’ll lead cross‑functional data projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality reporting capabilities. • Collaborate with Global Sales to translate business needs into data solutions
• Lead data‑related projects through full implementation life cycle: BA, support, training, testing, go‑live, and ongoing support
• Coordinate delivery enhancements for GenAM affiliates product and distribution platforms
• Oversee a small team of external consultants and internal stakeholders
• Provide support to report consumers on data usage and insights from source systems
• Build and maintain reporting capabilities and identify future tech needs
• Establish data quality routines to ensure reliable data delivery for reporting

Responsabilità

• Master's degree in economics, finance, or management engineering
• 5 years of experience in asset management or investment banking, with cross‑functional exposure
• Experience managing data dissemination through websites, intranets, and CRM platforms
• Strong understanding of client reporting challenges and complex project management across sales, product, fund distribution, and client servicing
• Financial services background with technical skills to implement modern processes and technologies for reporting
• Knowledge of data modeling and conceptualization for funds (assets and liabilities or P&L)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AI components to improve data quality and analysis
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional language (French or German) advantageous
• Nice‑to‑have: CRM implementations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), cloud platforms, and data modernization tools
• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse; cloud data product implementations (AWS, Azure)
• Understanding of relational databases and reporting outputs
