The focus of the Business Development Representative will be: strategic planning with the Growth Director and CEO of TEC, sales management and prospecting for new clients to help grow the organization.

Core Requirements:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in Business Development roles;
  • Strong business network in ITALY Region;
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a mid/large sized organization;
  • At least 4 years’ experience in software development companies and with responsibility to promote and sell various digital services and products

Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients, emails or networking to help grow the organization;
  • Identifying opportunities for the organization’s products and services;
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts;
  • Supporting the sales team on various sales specific documentations and presentations;
  • Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors;
  • Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs;
  • Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team;
  • Preparing status reports on goals and leads on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

The Business Development Representative will report to the Head of Client Growth.
