Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result driven individual to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunity, building and maintaining existing customer relationships, whilst driving sales growth. The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of English in both written and spoken. There will be a requirement to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, meetings and training which may involve staying in the UK for a week at a time.

Key responsibilities

  • Sales experience –Capability to meet individual and team targets, contribute to sales meetings and improve company profitability
  • Commercially aware – Must have the ability to understand and adhere to our company systems and procedures and work in line with our key business objectives.
  • Relationship builder – Must be adept at building and successfully maintaining effective and profitable business relationships with customers both over the phone and face to face.
  • Communication & Collaboration -- Must be able to adapt their communication style where necessary and be confident whilst speaking with clients when developing business. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions
  • Confident telephone manner –Must have a confident telephone manner to gain the trust of potential and existing customers
