Savino Del Bene is seeking motivated candidates interested in pursuing an international professional development path, with placement in one of the following strategic locations: This initiative is part of the Group’s commercial strengthening and growth plan in the LATAM region, offering a concrete international career opportunity within a dynamic and high-potential environment.
The selected candidate, appointed as Business Development Specialist , after an initial onboarding and shadowing period, will be responsible for:
Developing business within the assigned area
This role represents a key opportunity to gain an international perspective of the business, develop a cross-functional understanding of company operations, actively contribute to the region’s strategic growth, and operate as a true team player in a multicultural environment.
Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with local and global clients
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and prospecting activities
Monitor commercial KPIs and sales performance, contributing to the achievement of branch targets
Utilize digital tools and corporate CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively
Availability for international relocation for a minimum period of 3–5 years
Fluency in Italian (C1 level) and a good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Entry level of Spanish (minimum B1) or alternatively, a strong willingness to develop this language quickly is required.
Technological competencies, including familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales support tools
Strong commercial and results-oriented mindset
