Business Development Specialist – EOS Apps for Partners
EOS Solutions, one of Europe’s leading Microsoft partners specialized in Dynamics 365 Business Central, is expanding its global partner ecosystem — and we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our EOS Apps for Partners division.
If you’re passionate about SaaS, international business, and relationship‑driven growth, this role is made for you.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit new partners worldwide
- Identify potential partners across Europe, North America, LATAM, APAC, and the Middle East
- Analyze local Microsoft BC ecosystems and map opportunities
- Drive first contact & activation
- Lead intro conversations and present our Microsoft‑certified EOS Apps
- Understand partner needs and business models
- Support & enable our partners
- Deliver onboarding sessions, training, demos, and best practices
- Help partners build their first opportunities
- Collaborate with Microsoft
- Work with Microsoft Partner Development Specialists globally
- Join industry events and strengthen EOS brand visibility
- Track performance & optimize
- Manage your pipeline, KPIs, and continuously improve partner experience
