The Role
As a Growth Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to improve overall company performance.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to key markets, focusing on growth and development.
- Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line to showcase value.
- Lead global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry.
- Enhance overall company performance across departments by collaborating on new plans and events.
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
- Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific department growth.
- Work with people and projects across different markets, focusing on developing new experiences in up to 40 countries.
Who You Are
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role.
- Background in Engineering or Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy .
- Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience.
- Excited about working in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment.
- Advanced English speaker required; knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities.
