Pirelli is looking for a Business intelligence Analyst to join the Advanced Business Intelligence team, within the Digital function. Our mission is to turn data into strategic insights, developing advanced analytical solutions that support global planning, accounting, quality, monitoring and testing processes.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced and innovative environment, working closely with HQ and global stakeholders and contributing directly to key strategic decisions.

Your core activities

• Design and implement sophisticated Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, integrated into our data platform
• Cooperate with cross-functional stakeholders, to understand their needs, processes and priorities
• Analyze emerging technologies and market solutions, supporting the creation of business cases
• Manage BI systems end-to-end, ensuring business continuity, systems upgrades and high-quality deliverables
• Work closely with the Digital competence centers in Bari and Craiova to share know-how and best practices

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields
• Master's Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering, Computer Science,…) or Computer Science
• Proficiency in English
• Experience managing and coordinating projects, cooperating with business and technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of data management and governance topics (data quality, lineage, cleansing, masking)
• Core skills: BI platforms (QlikSense, Qlik Saas, NPrinting, Tableau), dashboard design and end-to-end analytical flows; cloud architecture principles; coding skills in at least one among Python, Spark or NodeJS; data modeling and major databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Redshift, Aurora, RDS, PostgreSQL)

What puts you in pole position

• Experience working in international environments and on complex projects management
• Experience with ETL Tool (especially Talend for Data Integration)
• Strong QlikSense proficiency, including modelling best practices and performance optimization
• UX design skills to build intuitive, user-friendly dashboards
• Familiarity with agile methodologies or structured delivery models
