Your Mission
Lead the Industrial Air business line with full accountability for strategy, performance, and growth . You will define the roadmap, optimize resources, and ensure financial excellence while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will directly influence market share, customer satisfaction, and long‑term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape Strategy & Drive Growth Develop and execute bold business plans aligned with corporate objectives. Identify market opportunities, lead expansion initiatives, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Own Financial Performance Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize margins. Use data‑driven insights to make strategic decisions and deliver consistent financial results.
- Innovate & Elevate Customer Experience Continuously enhance customer journey through market intelligence and digital solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of customer expectations.
- Build Strategic Partnerships Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and secure long‑term loyalty.
- Lead & Inspire Teams Recruit, develop, and empower a high‑performing team. Drive engagement, foster growth, and create an environment where talent thrives.
