About This Vacancy
The Business Manager will be responsible for developing their own Business Unit, managing business development activities, client relationships, and consultant coordination. They will actively participate in the recruitment process, oversee the career path of the team, and be accountable for the P&L of the Unit.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional capable of creating value and fostering sustainable growth for the business unit.
Main Responsibilities
Business development and acquisition of new clients.
Management and retention of the existing client portfolio.
Selection, onboarding, and management of consultants.
Performance monitoring and definition of growth strategies.
Collaboration with the recruiting and HR team to ensure proper project-to-skill matching.
Market analysis and identification of new opportunities.
What We Expect From You
Degree in Engineering or Economics.
MBA completed (considered a plus).
Minimum 1 year up to 10 years in relevant roles.
Experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably in technology consulting.
Results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Knowledge of key analysis and reporting tools.
Languages
Fluent Italian.
Professional English.
What You Can Expect From Us The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €34,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit‑sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
