We are looking for a figure who will actively contribute to rewriting the future of mobility as a service, with an approach capable of combining passion, innovation, and technology. The ideal profile is a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented person, able to enhance the effectiveness of marketing activities and manage the monitoring of commercial performance.


The resource will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams, with responsibility for the operational implementation of initiatives, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of processes and products. 

Given the transversal nature of the role, at least a couple of years of experience (preferably in marketing or data-driven fields), good problem-solving skills, and a strong spirit of collaboration are required.


Main responsabilities


Marketing & Business

  • Operational support for marketing campaigns (digital, CRM, content, performance)
  • Market intelligence and competitive analysis support
  • Impact analysis of campaigns / commercial initiatives support
  • Preparation of reports for campaign and commercial initiative performance
  • Support for expanding the partnership network


Data & Revenue Monitoring

  • Support for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics or equivalents)
  • Monitoring of key metrics - revenue, retention, and churn - in collaboration with the Finance and Business Intelligence teams
  • Identification of optimization opportunities (e.g., data-driven approach)


Product & Quality

  • Systematization of user feedback and identification of insights for the Product team
  • Support in QA activities and quality control on new features
  • Documentation and monitoring of developments, in collaboration with the Product team


Requirements


Must-have

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with different teams
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles (marketing analyst, business ops, growth, revenue, product support)
  • Excellent analytical skills and basic knowledge of data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with business KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, CAC, CLTV, ARPU, churn)
  • Proactivity, curiosity, and a hands-on attitude
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Agility in using Excel and PowerPoint


Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Bidding tools, CRM/email marketing (Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Experience in digital contexts or startup/scale-up environments
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools
