Business Operations Manager

STECONFER, a leading railway construction and maintenance company, is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our ongoing project in Milan.

• Lead the strategic and operational management of business activities, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with company objectives
• Drive commercial development by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market presence
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost control initiatives
• Define and implement business strategies, operational plans, and performance indicators to maximize efficiency and competitiveness
• Manage contract negotiations and high-level stakeholder relationships, ensuring commercial and contractual optimization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and departments, promoting collaboration, leadership, and operational excellence across the organization
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through effective communication, service quality, and strategic account management
• Identify business risks and opportunities, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement measures to support company performance and market positioning
