Job Description:
Within the Worldwide Business Partners (BPs) Management team , based in Rome , we are searching for a Business Partners Project Manager .
Reporting to the WW Business Partners Management Managing Director , the selected candidate will support the definition, coordination, and development of the right commercial and Network strategies for the Business Partners JWA channel. He/she will support the local commercial teams in achieving sales targets and overall business profitability.
Accountabilities
Coordination
- Lead and participate in the collection, revision, and definition of requirements in BP projects/initiatives, coordinate and follow up the implementation involving all necessary actors worldwide, and define deployment mechanisms.
- Collect feedback from all WW BPs users to address needs towards relevant functions.
Analysis and Reporting
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis (sell-in and sell-out, stock, KPI, network evolution, products, prices, clients’ performances) and support business trend analysis and worldwide consolidation.
- Monitor business operations (forecasting, order management, etc.), supporting local teams and collaborating with involved functions.
Project Management
- Implement and support the updating of BPs on Bvlgari Network tools, providing inputs on client clustering, shop openings/closings, and qualitative info.
- Develop and maintain main reporting and analytics tools.
- Support BPs High End (HE) business development by collaborating with the HE team to develop tools for tracking and establishing HE business.
- Represent the business in preparing BPs commercial fairs and events (W&W, LVMH Watch Week, Brand Event).
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Management, or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze data and automate processes.
- Proficiency in IT applications (MS Office, PowerBI, BW-Hana).
- Excellent English; Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for BPs events.
