Business Process Transformation Manager (SAP S/4HANA Program) Location:
Verona area, Italy (Hybrid)
The Opportunity A leading international industrial group headquartered in the Verona area is embarking on a strategic
SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program
aimed at redesigning, harmonizing and standardizing business processes across the organization.
To support this transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced
Business Process Transformation Manager
who will play a key role in analyzing current business processes, defining future-state models and supporting the organization throughout the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
Reporting directly to the
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
and working closely with SAP transformation leadership, business stakeholders and implementation partners, the Process Manager will act as a bridge between business needs and the SAP transformation roadmap.
Role Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of current
AS-IS business processes
across different business functions.
Work closely with business stakeholders and process owners to understand current operating models, pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Map existing processes, workflows, roles and responsibilities using structured process management methodologies.
Identify opportunities for simplification, standardization and harmonization across business units.
Define and document
TO-BE processes
aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and the future operating model.
Facilitate workshops with business users, key users and SAP functional teams to validate process requirements and future-state designs.
Translate business requirements into clear functional needs for SAP implementation teams.
Support decision-making around process changes, business rules and solution design.
Ensure alignment between business transformation objectives and SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Support change management activities by ensuring stakeholder engagement and business readiness.
Contribute to the definition of process governance models and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a business transformation professional with strong experience in process analysis, redesign and enterprise transformation programs.
Required Experience
Proven experience in business process mapping, optimization and transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in
AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis
and process redesign.
Experience working with business stakeholders, process owners and cross-functional teams.
Ability to facilitate workshops and drive alignment among different stakeholders.
Experience supporting ERP transformation programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales or Logistics.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for IT and implementation teams.
Preferred Background
Previous experience in SAP transformation programs, especially Greenfield implementations.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard approach.
Experience within industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage or consumer goods environments.
Experience working with System Integrators and SAP consulting teams.
Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS or similar) is considered a plus.
Leadership Competencies

Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to challenge existing processes and drive change
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Business-oriented mindset combined with technology understanding
Ability to operate effectively in complex transformation environments
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines.
Certifications in Business Process Management, Lean, Six Sigma, SAP Activate or similar methodologies are considered a plus.
