Responsibilities

• Implement and adopt SAP Ariba Cloud solutions for customers, supporting requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and enablement.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver reliable outcomes and consistent customer value.
• Support customer project activities across the implementation lifecycle: workshops, meetings, status reporting, risk identification, testing, cut‑over preparation, and user enablement.
• Document business processes, requirements, and functional designs using SAP Ariba best practices.
• Build positive relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams, and apply industry and business knowledge to recommend solutions.
• Make sound decisions within scope and escalating when appropriate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in procurement consulting, business process consulting, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and learning mindset.
• Basic knowledge of procurement operations and related tools.
• Experience supporting workshops and customer interactions.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP ERP (MM, SRM, S/4HANA) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel in Europe (up to 30–40%).
