We’re currently seeking talented professionals to join our team in Milan or Perugia:
Business Relations Manager
You will:
· Lead relationships with international clients from initial contact to final booking
· Oversee and refine tailor-made itineraries prepared by our Travel Designers
· Proactively propose new ideas to enhance our commercial processes
· Travel across Italy to discover new experiences and ensure client satisfaction
You are:
· Skilled in B2C sales of bespoke travel packages in Italy
· Experienced (3+ years) in creating and selling custom travel packages in Italy
· A natural communicator with a passion for Italian destinations
· Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
· Tech-savvy, with professional knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and itinerary-building tools
