Internship Opportunity – Sales & Fashion Buying
Location: Milan
Start Date: July 1st
Duration: 6 months (Paid Internship)
Silvia Gnecchi is seeking a highly motivated and driven intern to join our team for a six-month structured internship starting on July 1st. This opportunity is designed to provide full immersion into the commercial side of the fashion industry, with a clear path toward becoming a B2B Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Italian and English (a third language is considered a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attitude in high-pressure situations
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive approach
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
Internship Overview:
The selected candidate will support our team across multiple phases of the seasonal sales and buying process, including:
- Assisting in international and Italian B2B sales relationships
- Participating in tradeshows in Milan, Paris, and Miami
- Supporting the organization of events and brand collaborations
- Engaging with the fashion calendar , from showroom setup to buyer appointments
- Gaining exposure to key operational areas: logistics, invoicing, sales, post-sales, and commercial follow-up
This internship is designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of the fashion sales cycle and develop practical skills across various aspects of the business.
