The Retail & Business Support is responsible for supporting Sale Manager/s by IVG/CNH and/or assigned areas focusing on advising dealers/customers and preparing and analyzing data. He/she takes care of all the back-office ad administrative business-related activities.

Deliverables:

Support to dealers/customers for any topics (technical/commercial questions) necessary to close a deals, helping in the activity of the Sales Manager within the given delegations and which fully meet the credit policies of the Company. Support to Customer risk evaluation and interface with dealer. Support to Service for docs collection and contractual conditions revision

Support to sale force for specific events.

Main Activities:

Provide support to dealers to questions about deals. Load all not recurrent deals in lease-offer and manage the validation of not automatic transactions according their DOA, and also managing CapFlow. Collect documents necessary for risk evaluations and communicate final risk assessment

to dealer and customer. Assist for all relevant departments and supports servicing in collecting docs and adjust contractual terms and Docusign signatures // Be the point of contact between the relevant departments ensuring that document and contractual condition are addressed in the correct way. Support the ASM for specific events.
