Business Transformation Senior Consultant Assistant Manager

Our client, a leading consulting company, is currently looking for a:

Business Transformation Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager

The resource will be part of the Business Transformation Team and will be involved in transformative projects for major national and international clients, in direct contact with the top management of leading companies.

Main Task/Activities:

• Rethinking the operating models of key business functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) through organizational and operational levers. The goal is to implement models that can improve business performance in alignment with business strategies
• Supporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential to be an integral part of the business transformation
• Evaluating the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformative performance, and initiating targeted plans to close identified gaps

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in Business Transformation projects, preferably in consulting, working on initiatives requiring strategic-level process reengineering and interacting directly with the C-suite
• Background in consulting, plus experience with the FMCG business
• Leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management
• Problem solving & goal orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Availability to travel
• Excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
