Business Travel Consultant | International Team H24

Cisalpina Tours SpA, fully owned by MSC Cruises (Mediterranean Shipping Company) , is an italian company with over 50 years of experience in delivering tailor-made business travel solutions to a demanding and international clientele.

In pursuit of advancing our international expansion, we are eager to welcome a group of dedicated new talents to join and train within our operations team active across all time zones.

Our mission? To offer seamless 24/7 support from Italy to our global offices, including overnight coverage tailored to international time zones.

THE ROLE

You will begin with an intensive training period , focused on practical, on-the-job learning provided by our internal training team. Upon completion, you will be ready to:

• Plan and manage corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services, using advanced booking tools. You’ll be able to compare and select options that align with the client’s Travel Policy and specific needs.
• Navigate the main GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) to find and book the best travel solutions available.
• Deliver exceptional service , with a proactive approach to handling itinerary changes or unexpected issues.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

• High school diploma (preferably in tourism or languages).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and at least one additional language – ideally German, Spanish or French .
• Flexibility to work full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings and nights, based on the time zones of our global offices.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine service-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
