As Buyer, you will respond to the Milan Procurement Section Leader. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Issue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request and support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info Prepare the commercial/economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor Lead the commercial/economic negotiation and manage possible deviations to purchase order documents Prepare the Purchase Order, close out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor Perform the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree Experience:
minimum 3 years as Buyer within Oil&Gas or EPC companies Languages:
English mandatory, others are appreciated Technical/IT Skills:
basic knowledge of materials purchased, good knowledge of SAP, familiarity with IT application and AI What else should you know?
