Hybrid – 2-3 days office per week

Language mandatory - Italian and English speaking

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Analyzing new change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages
• Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
• Expert in finding root causes for incidents, bugs, and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents

Qualifications / Preferred background

• Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
• Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
• Service minded and took responsibility within relevant working areas
• Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
• Good at communicating actively appreciating and respecting diversity in the work environment
• Working in a structured and analytical way
