Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
Analyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
Ensure UpToDate documentations
Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents Incident Handling Problem Resolution
