C++ Simulation Engineer

TXT E-Tech is looking for a qualified and motivated Team Leader to guide our software development team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a passion for high-quality software development. The role involves leading and coordinating the development team across projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team, providing guidance and support
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
• Ensure adherence to best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation
• Perform regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Identify technical risks and challenges, proposing effective solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Knowledge of at least one programming language among C++, C#, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Good command of written and spoken English
