Mission
The Campaign Responsible ensures absolute compliance to all regulatory and internal standards with respect to safety and emissions recall campaign execution for vehicles manufactured in Europe, MEA, Maserati. They act as the single point of contact for assigned campaigns. The CR is responsible for campaign management from approval through launching, timing, quality and execution efficiency. The CR also leads resolution and escalation of critical issues, and is involved in remedy development pre-approval, as well as customer and dealer engagement through the life of the campaign.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for program management of Safety Recalls and Emissions Recalls for vehicles manufactured in Europe, MEA, Maserati
- Leads campaign coordination with all stakeholders to ensure required timing, quality, metrics, delivery and capacity options are fully explored and aligned. Stakeholders include Investigations, Engineering, Aftersales Purchasing/Supplier Quality, Aftersales Supply Chain, Aftersales TSO, Customer Care, Aftersales Field Operations, Warranty Finance, etc.
- Responsible for leading resolution of all stakeholder conflicts and escalation where appropriate.
- Oversees all aspects of campaign execution including regulatory communications, repair instructions, remedy part supply plans, packaging, inventory management, extraordinary approvals, and remedy development.
- Works with country Aftersales teams to monitor campaign completion rates and identify opportunities to improve customer outreach and completion performance
- Responsible for working with all stakeholders to resolve post-launch issues and complaints raised by markets in a timely manner
- Reports campaign status and key metrics during weekly executive steering committee meetings, as well as in escalation meetings when required
- Responsible for developing and documenting recall execution processes.
Requirements
Education:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
Professional Experience:
- Proven experience in the automotive / quality / aftersales environment.
- Experience in managing complex projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in recall campaigns, product investigations or field quality is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of automotive processes, especially in Aftersales, Quality or Engineering domains.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle complex and cross-functional topics.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities (root cause analysis, issue resolution).
Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. French) is a plus.
IT Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of internal systems, reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and international stakeholders.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to quality and compliance.
