Job S.p.A. - Verona Career Center is seeking a Construction Site Manager for a company specializing in technological systems, electromechanical constructions, and automation.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the team of collaborators and assign tasks to ensure project quality and adherence to deadlines.
2. Meet client needs, ensuring timely completion of work within the established budget.
3. Take responsibility for the assigned construction site and the team working there.
4. Maintain strong communication with clients, providing support and interfacing with them as needed.
5. Work collaboratively with a team of competent colleagues for optimal project execution.
6. Operate within a dynamic and stimulating work environment.
7. Grow within the company and assume greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Teamwork orientation.
• Previous experience as a construction site manager.
• Educational background in electrical engineering.
• Willingness to challenge oneself.
• Residence preferably near the workplace location.
• Passion for the profession, precision, seriousness, reliability, and good interpersonal skills.

Offer Details

• Contract: Permanent, directly with the client company.
• Location: Province of Verona, various sites around Lake Garda, and abroad.
