Job Title: Capo Officina

Gi Group, a leading multinational in Italy specializing in mechanical, mechatronic, and electromechanical fields, is seeking a Capo Officina for a well-known company near Cologno Monzese, specialized in sheet metal stamping.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and assign tasks to technicians, managing workloads effectively.
2. Design improvement plans and ensure workshop compliance.
3. Maintain molds and machinery.
4. Perform revamping and machinery renewal activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent knowledge of stamping processes and products.
• Passion for mechanics, with skills in hydraulics, mold maintenance, and grinding.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; capable of working independently and in a team.

Additional Details:

Location: near Cologno Monzese (MI)

Working hours: Monday to Friday day shift, with Saturday mornings overtime.

Contract: Permanent, directly with the company.
