Descrizione della posizione Within the Aircraft BU, the Workshop Manager of the Primary Lines (Part Manufacturing) of the Venegono Plant ensures the planning and achievement of production objectives for the Composites, Sheet Metal, Welding/Pipefitters, Galvanic and Mechanical departments. The role ensures the full efficiency and effectiveness of production processes through the management and coordination of the Department Managers and a total workforce of approximately 200 resources.
Attività principali
Ensure the achievement of production targets (quality, time and cost KPIs) for the primary lines.
Coordinate the Department Managers and ensure the correct execution of operational activities.
Plan capacity and workloads to optimize resources.
Monitor line performance, identify critical issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
Ensure the application of safety, quality and aeronautical compliance regulations.
Foster a collaborative environment and professional development of personnel.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR and Program Functions for integrated management of production flows.
Requisiti
Titolo di studio: Laurea STEM (preferibilmente Ing. Meccanica/Aeronautica)
Livello di esperienza richiesto: Expert
Competenze tecniche: Competenze tecniche trasversali e multidisciplinari sui processi produttivi di fabbricazione parti (Lavorazioni meccaniche, Fabbricazione parti in composito, Trattamenti superficiali, Saldature e Lamierati)
Competenze comportamentali: Capacità dimostrata nella gestione di grandi gruppi di lavoro e nella guida di personale su più reparti
Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di leadership
Orientamento al risultato e gestione delle priorità
Problem solving e approccio decisionale strutturato
Visione sistemica e attitudine al miglioramento continuo
Capacità di lavorare in contesti ad alta complessità tecnica e organizzativa
Conoscenze linguistiche: Conoscenza lingua inglese
