Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and sourcing OKRs
- Identify and select strategic suppliers based on value, competitiveness, replaceability, and supply chain risk
- Lead complex sourcing initiatives, including supplier scouting, onboarding, and high‑impact negotiations
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key suppliers, ensuring alignment with technology and innovation needs
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product management, and operations to align sourcing plans with product and technology roadmaps
- Engage suppliers in value engineering, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proactively identify risks, support decision‑making, and drive effective mitigation actions with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Your Background
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supplier development within a technical environment
- Strong ability to build category strategies based on market insights, supplier landscape, and technology trends
- Experience working cross‑functionally with R&D, product, operations, and quality teams
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing teams, and driving performance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and influence decision‑making
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, international, and fast‑growing environment
