Experteer Overview

In this role, you shape the strategic innovation roadmap for the category and lead the development and launch of new products that deliver outstanding consumer experiences. You will work within the Product Line team, collaborating with R&D, Marketing and Design to drive category value growth. You’ll translate consumer insights into tangible product strategies, plans and prioritized innovations. This position offers cross-functional visibility across the organization and impact on the category’s business objectives, with a focus on meaningful, sustainable living. Your work will help elevate Electrolux’s innovation agenda in the market.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Drive New Product Development within the Innovation Triangle (R&D/Marketing/Design) based on category innovation territories
• Define learning plan aligned with the Consumer Experience team
• Develop and own the product category Strategic Plan in cooperation with Category Director and Category Manager
• Contribute to the Technology Roadmap to align R&D investments with consumer insights
• Define Generation Plan based on consumer insights, business needs, market development and brand attributes
• Incorporate consumer ratings insights into development projects
• Build and execute Integrated Product Planning (IPP) for the category
• Define the value of new innovations for value-based pricing
• Monitor market trends and technology developments
• Define range architecture in collaboration with Commercial Category Managers and connect it to development projects

Responsabilità

• Academic degree in business and/or technical field
• Solid and relevant experience in product development or product marketing with international exposure
• Experience in manufacturing companies is a strong plus
• Project management skills and ability to focus on strategic priorities
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with risk/opportunity evaluation
• Exceptional collaboration and cross-functional relationship skills
• Excellent communication, influencing and motivational abilities in a complex matrix
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
