Category Specialist

As a Category Specialist in Sephora’s Offer Department, you shape category strategies and drive growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. You will tailor assortments and marketing plans to local needs, negotiate strong supplier partnerships, and coordinate launches and budgets. You’ll work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, and Finance to execute the annual plan and boost turnover and margin.
