Sicim is currently looking for a Cathodic protection coordinator for our projects based in North of Germany .

This role serves as a central coordination and communication point between the pipeline construction team and the subcontractor responsible for cathodic protection activities. The selected candidate will ensure proper integration of CP activities within the construction schedule and compliance with project, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for all cathodic protection activities
• Coordinate work between the construction contractor and the CP subcontractor
• Ensure CP activities are planned and executed in alignment with the pipeline construction progress
• Support the construction team in managing technical and operational interfaces
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, regulatory requirements, and HSE standards
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings
• Monitor activity status, identify potential issues or delays, and elevate as needed
• Support preparation and review of project documentation and as-built records

Education & Certifications

• EN 15257 – Level 3 certification (highly recommended)
• Driving license

Professional Experience

• Prior experience in pipeline, oil & gas, or linear infrastructure projects
• Previous roles in:
  • Cathodic Protection Supervisor
  • CP Assistant / Senior CP Technician
• Experience in international or multicultural construction environments is an advantage

Languages

• Good knowledge of English or German (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of both languages is considered an asset

• Ability to work independently on construction sites
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and procedural compliance
