The Role in a Snapshot

Are you ready to build something from the ground up and shape the future of education locally? We’re launching our very first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Rome — and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community.

Location: Rome (on-site)

Contract: Fixed Term— part‑time (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance‑based commission on revenues

Your Role in Our Mission

  • Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top‑quality services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and use data‑driven insights to optimise results.
  • Maintain a welcoming, safe and well‑functioning learning space for students and tutors.
  • Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market.
