OPEN POSITION: CEO / MANAGING DIRECTOR

SCALE-UP DEEP-TECH ESG.

We have secured a proprietary Edge-AI infrastructure (ecosystem "Custodia del Creato") that guarantees undeniable generation of ESG credits for common companies, eliminating greenwashing. The architecture certifies the execution of missions by Custodi on the ground and is prepared for integration with ethical insurance. The technology is overseen by the CTO.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategist (Temporary CEO convertible to executive) to lead the go‑to‑market strategy.

Mission (Target 90‑120 days)

• Institutional validation: establish academic agreements (e.g., Politecnico).
• Consolidation: deliver due diligence for a post‑money evaluation at nine figures.
• Fundraising: close an equity crowdfunding campaign (e.g., Mamacrowd).
• Zero‑Equity Capital: aggressively secure grants for subsidised finance.

Assets Available

• Patent protection: UIBM nodes guarantee monopoly over ESG geospatial calculation.
• Edge‑AI anti‑fraud: "Gold Master" system validates every metric.

Compensation & Conditions

We seek a partner who shares the risk of scaling up. Pre‑closing: monthly logistical allowance (800–1,000 €) for travel. No cash advance. Fundraising: standard success fee (3–5 %) on equity crowdfunding and grants. Equity: vesting proportionate to profile.

Post‑closing: upon reaching targets, executive CEO role with an annual salary of 100,000 € and welfare benefits.
