Overview
We are looking for a CFO / Finance Director (20/26) on behalf of a prestigious manufacturing company, a leading player in the supply of machinery for multiple industrial sectors and operating in international markets.
The CFO will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire Administration, Finance & Control department, acting as a key business partner to top management and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support top management through financial analysis, reporting, in a business-oriented attitude and contributing to strategic decisions.
- Lead and develop the AFC team (accounting, administration, treasury, controlling), monitoring the performance and potential of his/her collaborators and enhancing the professional growth of the team.
- Analyze, improve and evolve the industrial controlling systems, aligned with the project-based nature of the business.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, service providers and the other main stakeholders he/she will have to do with;
- Drive improvement initiatives, process upgrade and the development of IT systems for what concerns AFC area, with a particular focus on ERP solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Management or similar, with a 10+ years experience in Finance or Controlling roles within structured and/or multinational industrial companies.
- Previous experience in “big4” companies or audit consulting firms is considered a plus.
- Fluent English is necessary in order to dialogue with international stakeholders.
