CFO

Our client is a newly formed company resulting from the merger of two leading market players.

We are seeking a Chief Finance & Risk Officer with expertise in financial structuring, capital management, and regulatory compliance related to leasing operations.

The role reports directly to the CEO.

In the first year, the CFRO will focus on establishing robust financial, risk, and credit structures, as well as capital management strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing a team of up to seven members.

Experience: Strong background in financial risk management (credit, liquidity, market), regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS 16, EBA guidelines), and joint venture governance.

Proven experience in financial leasing companies, captive, or long-term rental companies.

Key strengths: Risk control mindset, capital efficiency, strategic financial planning, and the ability to align financial policies with OEM and financial institutions' risk appetite.
