Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that are in alignment with supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial transformation initiatives.
- Integrate change milestones into the project implementation phases for production facilities, distribution centers, and sales organizations.
- Construct communication frameworks tailored to diverse audiences, including plant operators, procurement teams, and executive leadership.
- Produce clear and accessible educational materials, including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) conversions, micro-learning videos, quick reference guides, and role-specific enablement packages.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions across manufacturing sites, shared service centers, and headquarters functions.
- Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Information Technology departments to ensure consistency in role impact assessments and behavior change expectations.
- Monitor and report on adoption metrics across manufacturing plants and commercial units, providing readiness and resistance analysis to steering committees.
- Facilitate feedback mechanisms from the shop floor to executive levels to ensure the continuous improvement of communication and learning strategies.
Required Experience and Skills
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, internal communication, or Learning and Development (L&D) within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), manufacturing, or supply chain-oriented organizations.
- Change management transformation
- Demonstrated experience in the rollout of SAP S4 and/or Ariba systems across production, sourcing, or finance functions.
- Practical knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, PROSCI, Kotter, or Lean Change.
- Expertise in translating complex system or process changes into operational language suitable for plant or field-based roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing learning tools such as SAP Enable Now, SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in stakeholder mapping, impact analysis, and management of communication calendars.
- Ability to effectively conduct factory floor briefings, town hall meetings, leadership updates, and virtual enablement sessions.
- Competence in preparing executive-level reports on key performance indicators related to adoption, training completion rates, and readiness assessments.
