DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you. We are looking for a Change Management & Operation Excellence Manager What Will You Do Responsible for coordinating all site-level process excellence activities and Smart Manufacturing activities in line with DHL Operating Model (OMS) and company programs; Drive the implementation of DHL Operating Model (OMS) at the country/cluster level; Support the Senior Leadership Team in setting up the DHL Operating Model Plan and communication strategy; Master lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., World Class Manufacturing, TPM, TPS, Continuous Improvement) and act as an accelerator to increase site capability, enabling cost-saving and waste elimination projects; Coach the Senior Leadership Team on driving changes aligned with DHL Operating Model standards and routines; Ensure all supporting functions are trained in the principles of DHL Operating Model and understand their roles in implementing and sustaining the OMS FC culture; Engage supporting functions (HR, SHEQ, Security, IT, etc.) to support new projects aligned with DHL Operating Model standards and culture; Share best practices within the regional community and ensure their implementation within the country/cluster; Drive and coach the Senior Leadership Team in understanding the importance of Continuous Improvement and their personal contribution; Maintain the OMS FC infrastructure and coach Senior Management during times of change to sustain standards; Conduct regular KPI reviews and engage Senior Management with suggestions for goal adjustments based on Continuous Improvement principles; Encourage Senior Management to adopt OMS FC principles and lead by example; Develop and execute projects and programs to meet site commitments and targets; Support and deploy change management programs; Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement mindset by identifying new opportunities for enhancement; Requirements Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration; At least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry with people management experience (operational level experience is a strong advantage); Proficiency in Process Excellence and Lean Manufacturing programs (TPS, WCM, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.); Good knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Value Stream Optimization methodologies; Continuous improvement mindset with lateral thinking, challenging the status quo, and a focus on optimization; Seek root causes with a continuous learning and improvement approach, aiming for forward-looking solutions; Use analytical, data-based methods to motivate and engage teams; Fluent in English; Strong influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders; Team player with a positive mindset and ability to connect with external partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
