Purpose of the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end revenue growth process with H3C Channel Partners, by cross‑selling and up‑selling, program execution and adoption, success in promoting sales opportunities and strengthening the partnership relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and manage existing channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by instruction from headquarters.
  • Promote the company branding with distributors and partners together.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners to build business.
  • Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.
  • Provide proposals, quotations, and pricing to partners.
  • Develop profitable business models based on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions.
  • Conduct business reviews with partners and recommend improvements.
  • Fulfill and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, should business needs require, and therefore are deemed to be production assignments.

Qualification

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 8 years of above experience in a distribution and channel management role in ICT‑related industry.
  • Demonstrated strong passion in sales and a good track record of achieving sales targets in a channel environment.
  • Possess strong passion for the technology industry, particularly in servers, networks, and generative AI technologies.
  • Experience in marketing and sales programs will be an added advantage.
  • Effective communicator and possess good interpersonal competencies.
  • Working proficiency in English and Italian, willing to travel.
