What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.

During Your Apprenticeship: Learning & Development

Eligibility Requirements

• Be a UK national, a non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status.
• Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship.
• Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029.
• Be resident in the UK for the duration of the programme.
• Not be registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
• Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026).
• Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English.
• Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent).
• Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience, including experience overseeing projects, operations, budgets, or teams.
• Require a Statement of Comparability for qualifications awarded outside the UK.
• Be eligible for funding; offers subject to funding approval.
• Must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level.
• Assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation.
