What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
- Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage projects to achieve defined objectives and timelines.
- Analyse business data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and build cross‑functional relationships.

During Your Apprenticeship: Learning & Development
- Lead and supervise teams and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
- Support team members through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage projects to achieve objectives within set timelines.
- Analyse business data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Track and report departmental metrics.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be a UK national, a non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status.
- Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for 3 years or more prior to commencing the apprenticeship.
- Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2029.
- Be resident in the UK for the duration of the programme.
- Not be registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
- Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026).
- Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English.
- Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience, including experience overseeing projects, operations, budgets, or teams.
- Require a Statement of Comparability for qualifications awarded outside the UK.
- Be eligible for funding; offers subject to funding approval.
- Must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level.
- Assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation.
